How far in advance should I book?
Ideally 24 hours ahead. We also handle same-day bookings depending on availability — call us.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight and adjust the pickup time at no extra charge.
How do I pay?
Bookings are prepaid online by card via SumUp. For companies we issue invoices with monthly settlement.
Is the price fixed?
Yes. The price is agreed before the trip and does not change. We do not use a taxi meter on pre-booked transfers.
How many passengers can fit?
Up to 6 passengers per vehicle, as defined by Cyprus taxi law.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes, on request and at no extra charge. Please mention it in the booking comments.
Do you transport pets?
Yes, for an extra charge of €10. A suitably sized transport carrier, provided by the owner, is always required. Please state the type and size of the animal when booking.
Can you transport my pet without me?
Yes, by prior arrangement. We need the recipient's contact details and a signed transport authorisation from the owner.
Do you deliver parcels and envelopes?
Yes. The fare is exactly the same as a regular taxi ride (same fixed zone prices, same per-kilometre rate and night surcharge). We accept envelopes, documents and small or medium parcels up to 15 kg, delivered the same day. We do not carry money, valuables, medicines, flammable, hazardous or illegal items.
